The goal of this campaign is to raise awareness of the need for the earliest possible cancer diagnosis and also plight of our amazing wildlife all around the world.

By partnering with three fantastic, but very different charities, I hope to bring some awareness to these issues.

All the money raised for the Peter Andre Fund supports a unit on the Cancer Awareness Roadshow. This unit is instrumental in our fight against cancer. It travels to local communities sharing important information with the public about how they can reduce their risk of getting the disease and how to spot it at an earlier stage when it’s usually easier to treat. While on board you can have your BMI measured, pick up information about how to lead a healthier life-style, receive advice about how to give up smoking and learn about the different cancer screening programmes available to you to help detect cancer early. The key message of the Fund is “Know your body, know what’s right for you” and it’s committed to improving early diagnosis, a cause close to my heart.

EAST SUSSEX WILDLIFE RESCUE AMBULANCE SERVICE IS A SMALL CHARITY WITH WHOM I VOLUNTEER AS A WILDLIFE RESCUER. WE DEAL WITH SPECIES SUCH AS BADGERS, FOXES, OWLS, HEDGEHOGS, AND ANY OTHER NATIVE BRITISH WILDLIFE SPECIES.

Earthrace are a global conservation organisation, working hard on a number of problems around the world by raising awareness, and by direct action. Some of the issues they have recently worked on include dolphin captivity, pangolin smuggling, deforestation and illegal fishing.

As you can see, there is a huge difference in what they do and who and what they help.

this emphasises my point. we are all linked, and we are all sharing this planet and trying to survive. wildlife is under threat in some shape or form all around the world and one in two people born after 1960 are likely to have to face some form of cancer in their lifetime. So it's down to YOU.

YOU can do something to help make a difference. No matter how little you think you can do, it will make a huge difference to your health, your family or the wildlife in your area.

Species are facing extinction at an unprecedented rate and cancer rates are increasing in our generation. Many experts believe that we have already entered the sixth mass extinction event. The difference this time, is that it is man made. we are a huge part of this problem, but we are also the greatest hope for a solution.

if we caused it, it's up to us to fix it

It's not too late, but the time to act is now.....
